Echo and San Tropez are extremely pigmented. Start out slowly because you can always build up the color to where you'd like it. I thought the top shade, the Translucent Compact Powder, might be too yellow for me, but I found that it blended well and really did give my face a matte look. Which I'm excited to discover right before this wedding I'm in on Saturday. I'll definitely be bringing this kit with me!

Thank you so much for this review! I have been wanting this forever for the same rational with Echo (and I also wanted Whisper). Two things held me back. It's only available at Nordstrom online and they don't offer free shipping to Canada so it would be $$$ and 2nd I thought the powder and bronzer may be too dark for me. You have confirmed the latter enough that I think I can decide 100% to pass and not have regrets! xoxo
