I don't have a ton of experience with the MAC Technakohl Liners, but I found Silver Skates (silver with pearl) to be rather sheer. For the swatch above I REALLY colored and layered on both. I thought it was creamy and easy to use, but just provided very little color. I used it on this EOTD and thought it was nice to add shimmer under the eye and as a base for a deep shadow liner.
MAC Glitter and Ice Technakohl Liners retail for $16.00 each. They are limited edition with the Glitter and Ice Holiday 2011 Collection. As of this post, Silver Skates is still available on the MAC Website.
