So when MAC came out with False Lashes... I was like, YAY. The retail on this is $18, or $4 MORE than Plush Lash.

It definately gives a lengthening effect and curls nicely, but it doesn't look like I have fake lashes on. Perhaps on someone who has lighter lashes this would have a more dramatic result.
I don't think it's WORTH the price increase. Perhaps we're paying for the pretty packaging? It was fun to try, and I'll definately use it up, but I will not be repurchasing. Plush Lash... you are still numero uno!

Good to know, I was almost lured to that mascara as well. (I'm such a sucker for advertising!) I've been cursed with stubby blond eyelashes. Boo.
p.s. How cute is your blog button!!! Where did you great such an adorable avatar?
Tarte makes an eye lash enhancer - it's pricey but the reviews look decent http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P255101&categoryId=RPYMAL&shouldPaginate= - plus Sephora will take anything back, no hassle. My cousin has the blonde lashes so she's always on the look out too! the MAC False Lashes tube is totally pretty tho lol
RE Blog Button - thanks!! a friend of mine actually made it up for me, she had credits at the place she uses for her blog =)
I'm debating on trying this out. For $18, I want a fabulous product.
