Chanel GARDENIA (13) Rouge Coco Lipstick Swatches & Review

Released with the Chanel Summer 2011 collection, Gardenia (13) Rouge Coco Hydrating Creme Lip Colour is a gorgeous, almost frosty pink. It applied evenly and I could build up the color to make it more opaque. In the lip swatch pic below I really layered it on to show the color off. When I wear this shade for everyday I'll likely wear it lighter, as it's less likely to show off the frost that way and the lighter shade is more "me".

Gardenia does have the light floral scent to it, but not as much as the Joues Contraste blushes.

This was my first voyage into a pink Chanel lippie, and I must say I'm pretty pleased with it! Though, I wish it didn't have that little bit of frost =\ I think this will look lovely with Le Metier de Beaute Ibiza lipgloss over top!
